    I went in for a trim yesterday and the owner, Helen, started cutting all my hair off. I wanted 1/2 inch, she cut about 5. Her excuse was she didn't understand when I said cut very very little and she was sorry.

    She is chinese and does not speak English. A business owner in America should speak ENGLISH, otherwise should not be allowed to operate a business. DONT EVER GO THERE.

    She was reported to be investigated regarding hiring unlicensed workers.
